"Dear Child Care Company Team, Nadja only had a little over a year with you all, but it was a very important year in her life. After moving here from abroad, she found a caring, loving, supportive and safe environment at CCC where she could speak both her languages (English-German) and continue to grow up in an international community...and there was a range of activities that appealed to all her senses and abilities. She felt very much at home with you all and her development has made enormous progress - for example. she has become much more self-confident. "The special thing about our facility is that we see ourselves as a bonding village, i.e. "children should feel at home with us". I am always happy when the children have "arrived safely" and they feel comfortable and can develop in this "safe bonding space". I offer them this space through creativity, singing together, making music and real free play. As an art and attachment teacher, I know that this is the basis for a happy life!"

"Three years ago, I received my degree in education and psychology from the University of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a result, I moved to Munich in November 2015 and became part of the wonderful team at Bauernhof Kita. I started as group leader of the crèche and after my work was so appreciated, I was also given the position of deputy pedagogical leader in May 2017. I really like the educational work at the daycare center. Even after three years, I am still enthusiastic about the endless learning opportunities the children have in nature and with the animals. Not only can the children benefit from this place of learning, but the teaching staff can also continue to develop here. I also learn new things every day, hand in hand with the children, the animals and nature. I can develop my pedagogical work completely freely and give it my own personal touch. The farm daycare center offers employees many opportunities. I received great support from the management in obtaining recognition of my studies in Germany. There are also numerous opportunities for further and advanced training. The good cooperation at eye level between the team, the deputy manager, the manager, the management and everyone else involved guarantees a feel-good factor. The team also receives support from a coach, who also promotes a great working atmosphere."
