For the first and only farm daycare center in Munich – in the middle of nature, rural surroundings, lots of open space and our animals – we are looking for empathetic colleagues to look after our great children in a unique (working) atmosphere:

General:

The administrative assistant works with the pedagogical management, ped. The technical supervisor and the managing director work together.

Tasks

Administrative tasks such as:

  • Managing interested parties, writing letters by e-mail, arranging viewings, following up etc.
  • Archiving children’s files
  • preparatory accounting
  • Office organization
  • Create confirmations/certificates for customers
  • Filing etc.
